Mr. Shatberashvili has an extensive academic and practical background. He is an experienced psychologist with significant experience in conducting trainings for various target groups. He has a rich expertise of working in rehabilitation projects and providing psychological support to victims of human trafficking.

 
 
 
Mr. Gyulnazaryan has been the expert of the Training Center in areas of criminal and criminal procedure law. He has an extensive experience of drafting criminal legislation, including in the field of human and illicit drug trafficking. He coordinated the anti-trafficking project of UNDP in Armenia and succeeded in establising reliable relations with interested state bodies and networking within the South Caucasus region.
 
 
 
Mr. Heido is the District Prosecutor of The Southern Circuit Prosecutor’s Office, specializing in crimes against children. He has been training law enforcement officers (prosecutors, judges, police officers) and social workers on child abuse, child exploitation and child trafficking issues since 1997. He has participated in drafting amendments to Child Protection Law of Estonia and has participated as a member in various child support organizations, such as Tartu Child Support Center and Estonian Child Foundation.
 
 
 
Tatyana has over 40 years of legal professional experience, including 20 years of academic experience as a professor of law and 10 years of legal drafting experience. She has strong knowledge of Russian legislation and governmental system. She has coordinated working groups drafting federal laws related to various issues of citizenship and migration (more than 10 federal laws). Tatyana has a thorough knowledge of legal issues related to migration and human trafficking.
 
 
 
David Nazarov is one of the founders of the organization. He has a big training experience of more than 7 years and since 2007 he has worked in the Training Center to train law enforcement officer, journalists and social workers. He has co-authored the development of several specific training modules and has been one of the pioneers to conduct the “ Investigate Trafficking without Relying on the Victim: a Multiagency Training Programme” interactive training in South Caucasus.
